Uncle Pettson lives alone. When a cat Findus appears in his house and life, everything turns upside down – happiness and fulfillment come to Uncle’s heart.

However, one day the cat disappears…

The director and artist of the performance, Gintarė Radvilavičiūtė, using glove-mimic puppets, seeks to reveal the possibilities of cooperation between the actor and the puppet, explore precise puppet animation and convey this story with gentle humor and sensitive dramaturgy.  The performance, full of witty, adventurous and inventive situations, will not only invite children and their parents to immerse themselves in  this fascinating world of animals and people, but will also remind them of the importance of true friendship.

“A person learns throughout his life to be friends with everything on Earth – stones, plants, animals, people. Then he will always have enough fresh water, fresh air, the earth will give a good harvest, and fire will warm him, life situations will teach him, and the person next to him will open his heart, support him, make him laugh and sing along. Friendship is the greatest gift. I wish you to open your heart so that a friend can always come in,” shares Gintarė Radvilavičiūtė.
